General Return Policy

At The Kaashvi, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is enjoyable and satisfactory. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item(s) under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Exclusions: Certain items, such as personalized products, final sale items, and perishable goods, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Return an Item

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at support@thekaashvi.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RA number inside the package.
  4. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with the product, please note that we have a 7-day returns policy.

– Only unused products can be returned or exchanged if you inform us on the same day of delivery.
– Upon receiving the product, we will process an exchange or return in the form of a coupon code, similar to a credit note issued by malls. This coupon code can be redeemed on our website or via WhatsApp to create a new order.

 

Exchanges

  • Initiate Exchange: Contact our customer service team at support@thekaashvi.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • Product Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will offer a store credit or refund.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive the item(s) to be exchanged, we will process the new order within 3-5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately at help@thekaashvi.com with your order number, courier opening video and clear photos of the damaged product for ensurity. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
